1. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a course or digital learning package is purchased on pyshot.org, the enrollment is activated immediately. Therefore, course orders cannot be canceled once digital access has been granted.

2. Refund Policy

  • Digital Courses: Due to the immediate-access nature of digital educational materials, all course sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Payment / Technical Issues: If you experience a payment failure, duplicate transaction, or payment deduction without receiving course access, please contact us at support@pyshot.org within 7 days of the transaction with your payment ID and proof of deduction.
  • Refund Settlement: Approved technical refund requests will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
