This position covers full electrical construction delivery, taking mission-critical builds from preconstruction through commissioning and final turnover.

Key Responsibilities
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading large-scale electrical packages while maintaining safety, adherence to schedule, financial targets, and quality standards:
- Project Delivery: Lead the execution of major electrical construction packages to achieve safety, budget, schedule, and client goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional project teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Foremen, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Financial Management: Oversee project controls, forecasting, cost containment, procurement, change order tracking, field productivity, and risk management.
- Infrastructure Coordination: Oversee complex installations including medium and low-voltage electrical systems, switchgear, bus ducts, generators, UPS systems, cable trays, and structured cabling supports.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong operational relationships with General Contractors, design teams, trade partners, and hyperscale end-user clients.

- Experience: Proven track record as a Project Manager with a premier Electrical Contractor specializing in large-scale mission-critical or hyperscale data center projects.
- Scale & Scope: Demonstrated experience managing electrical packages valued at $50M+ across all construction phases.
- Project Controls: High proficiency in project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, contract oversight, and field operations management.
- Leadership: Exceptional skills in leading field teams, coordinating with General Contractors, and communicating directly with client executives.
